Supper Club

Happy Sunday to everyone! 

Best day of the week in my opinion :) Time for chilling, family and good food.

So, on Friday I had my first night outing without my parents since the accident and was super excited! A group of us were going to have dinner some where but then our one friend, Gal, offered his apartment as I'd be more comfortable in case I got tired or what. Anyways, we had a little Shabbat dinner, of which was my first. Very cool! Was so nice to be around friends and people with such a positive and vibrant energy, and was very sad to have to leave early :( (back brace and all haha) Anyways, considering I have so much free time on my hands, everyone has encouraged me to blog more which would make sense but I was saying that I have been self-conscious to do outfit posts as I'm in a back brace and they said I should just write about whatever and that the brace really isn't a problem. So here we are :)

Land of the Thai

So... last week I got back from... THAILAND! Was an incredible holiday with my mom and sister, we went to Phuket for 9 days and then Bangkok for 3. In Phuket, we indulged in spa treatments, naps in the sun, trips the beach, amazing meals (my fave - Prawn Padthai.. noodles with tofu, beansprouts, prawns, etc) and crazy beautiful experiences! Bangkok was different because of it's big city elements, however still very cultured, but probably one of the most stunning cities in the world for me! Bangkok was a really insane shopping experience.. between the international stores (topshop, zara, bershka, etc), the knock-offs and nameless but gorgeous items - it was a shoppers paradise! As well as the nightlife! Anyways, here's a few pics :)

Wynberg Boys Matric Dance '11

26/ 03/ 2011. Brilliant night:) - very overdue! 3:00 - Predrinks with close friends and dates at Brandons house (champagne & sushi! Take picture) 5:30 - Go to Wynberg Boys School (catch buses) 6:15 - Leave wynberg, detour around Cape Town * All equipt with hip flasks and cigars 7:45 - Arrive at venue (quick speach - thank God!) * Dances, food, all jam..:) 11:45 - Leave dance and go to Wynberg Boys School * Change in parking lot for afterparty 1:30 - Finally arrive in Claremont (Go to Club 91 for official afterparty) 2:30ish - Dakota, and then Tinroof 4:00 - Me and the Boys hit Engen for Pies (cheese burger pie - wow) 4:10 - Leave to go to Hout Bay 5:00 - Hello my beautiful bed :)
